When I was, I think 7 or 8 years old, my vitamins were the Flinstones multivitamins that tasted like candy. I really loved those vitamins that my parents bought for us. During that time, we also had syrup-based vitamins however I don’t have a happy core memory of it. This is so, probably because I enjoyed taking vitamins that tasted candies. First Impressions

When I first received the vitamins, I found the packaging really cute. In fact, my kids thought the vitamins are for their consumption. The bottles are clear and you can see the gummy bears inside. It comes in 60 pieces of gummies per bottle. The bottle’s cap is the same as medicine bottles. You can open the bottles if you push them down and turn. This meant that my 4-year-old won’t be able to open it and munch on the gummies accidentally. Safety!

Vitabears are gluten-free, organic, non-GMO, and vegan.

On the other hand, even though the gummies taste sweet, they do not use artificial sweeteners. The gummy sugar content comes from stevia.

How to Use

The bottle can cover 30 days.

Take 2 gummies once a day. And importantly, take them on an empty stomach. For maximum absorption, I prefer to take them in the morning.

At first, my concern was if I can take both vitamins at the same time. Good thing that it was mentioned on their website that the Vitabears products are mixable and have no ingredients that may counteract each other.

Hence, I take both the Skin and Detox Vitamins in the morning after my 13-hour fasting.

The skin vitamins of Vitabears have vegan collagen booster and Glutathione that help promote healthy skin. This skin vitamin helps with skin whitening, prevents and reduces wrinkles, rejuvenates the skin, improves cellular growth and repair, and exfoliates dead skin cells.
