Professional Work

Prior to becoming a full-time mom, Kat worked in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. She has more than 15 years of experience in customer service and corporate communications. As an HR professional, she has handled the various facets of human resources including instructional design and training for supervisors and managers.

Kat currently is a virtual freelance worker helping her clients with content management and customer service. She is also actively working on her coaching business.

Transformation Coach

Apart from writing, Kat enjoys sharing her thoughts and advice with her friends and followers. She loves stimulating change in people’s mindsets. This may be attributed to her innate character as an encourager and coach.

In 2021, Kat has been certified as a transformation coach, aiming to help herself to be a better woman. She hopes that she can extend help to other moms as she writes on this website and talks over her podcast episodes.

Kat helps women in their 30s and 40s find the balance between career and personal development. Know more about her coaching business here.

Digital Content Creator

In the early 2000s, Kat began writing on cyberspace via Blogspot documenting her random experiences. In 2014, she switched to a mommy blog, Petite Momma’s World. More moms were asking questions about homeschooling, for this reason, she launched her homeschooling vlog on YouTube in 2016.

Her articles on Petite Momma’s World have won several awards by Nuffnang:
